Introduce the skin to an intelligent Retinol with the new Retinol 10TR + Intense from Medik8.

This supercharged formula contains a powerful concentration of 1% time-release Retinol that is paired with specialist ingredient Climbazole to enhance the anti-aging benefits of this serum without causing unnecessary irritation. Added Squalane hydrates and softens while Vitamin E provides extra antioxidant benefits to address the most common signs of ageing including fine lines, wrinkles, uneven texture, discolouration and dullness. Ideal for those ready to step up from the 6TR + Intense, this serum works to refine and rejuvenate the skin with every application.

Suitable for most skin types, except sensitive skin, apply four drops directly onto cleansed skin in the evening twice a week for two weeks. After this time, gradually increase usage depending on skin’s tolerance.

Massage four drops into cleansed skin in the evening for best results. Follow with a moisturiser of facial oil. When using this product for the first time, remember to phase it in gradually by applying a couple of times a week before increasing application depending on skin's tolerance.

Patch Test

If you are new to this product or any of its ingredients, we recommend completing a patch test first.

Use of Retinol

When using Retinol for the first time, it is important to allow the skin time to acclimatise to the active ingredient. Apply a small amount in the evening no more than twice a week, never on consecutive evenings, for at least two weeks. If the skin hasn’t suffered any extreme irritation or redness, start to increase the number of applications gradually over a period of weeks until you reach a number your skin is comfortable with. This could range from three nights to seven nights a week.

As Retinol can make the skin sensitive to sunlight, always apply a sunscreen to the skin every morning to prevent sun-induced inflammation and damage.
