For those seeking intensive overnight skin rejuvenation, look no further than the Retinol Repair Complex from NeoStrata.

This impressive formula combines pure 0.5% Retinol that has been encapsulated to ensure the ingredient is released into the skin gradually during the night alongside patented NeoGlucosamine® (NAG) which together, volumise and re-densify the skin. This potent duo effectively increases collagen production and the surrounding support matrix residing in the lower layers of the skin to lift and firm facial contours while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The mild exfoliating benefits of these ingredients also work to fade the appearance of discolouration and dark spots at the surface, resulting in an altogether more youthful looking complexion.

Suitable for most skin types, except very sensitive skin, apply to clean skin in the evening twice a week for a few weeks before gradually increasing usage until it is applied nightly for best results.

Please note: this product was previously known as Skin Active Retinol + NAG Complex.

Apply to clean skin in the evening, twice a week for a few weeks to allow the skin time to acclimatise to the Retinol content. Gradually increase this usage until it is applied nightly for best results.

Can be layered underneath a moisturiser such as the Skin Active Dermal Replenishment for extra hydration. If irritation occurs, stop using immediately. Always apply a sunscreen during the day when using Retinol-based products.

Patch Test

If you are new to this product or any of its ingredients, we recommend completing a patch test first.

Use of Retinol

When using Retinol for the first time, it is important to allow the skin time to acclimatise to the active ingredient. Apply a small amount in the evening no more than twice a week, never on consecutive evenings, for at least two weeks. If the skin hasn’t suffered any extreme irritation or redness, start to increase the number of applications gradually over a period of weeks until you reach a number your skin is comfortable with. This could range from three nights to seven nights a week.

As Retinol can make the skin sensitive to sunlight, always apply a sunscreen to the skin every morning to prevent sun-induced inflammation and damage.
