NIOD Non-Acid Acid Precursor 15% - 30ml

Non-Acid Acid Precursor 15% - 30ml, acid-free epidermal exfoliator.

  • Acid-free epidermal exfoliator
  • Non-irritating and non-sensitising
  • Tackles uneven texture and dullness
  • Encourages skin cell turnover

The new Non-Acid Acid Precursor 15% from NIOD is an innovative formula set to make effective exfoliation accessible for all skin types.

Instead of using harsh AHAs, BHAs and retinoids, this rich serum combines probiotic bacteria, amino isolates and a bio-ferment oligopeptide, to encourage better cell renewal while safely resurfacing the epidermal layer. Used regularly, it tackles textural irregularities, mild discolouration and dullness without any of the associated inflammation or discomfort that comes with using an exfoliator. Added Levomenol and marine-derived sugars increase the skin’s ability to retain water and support healthy barrier function, resulting in a smoother, more even complexion over time.

Suitable for most skin types, apply a few drops directly onto the skin every evening for best results.

Apply a few drops directly onto the face and smooth into the skin every evening for best results. If used as part of a NIOD regime, apply it after the Copper Amino Isolate Serum and Multi-Molecular Hyaluronic Complex but before the Hydration Vaccine. If being used alongside the Ethylated L-Ascorbic Acid Network, apply it afterwards for best results.

If sensitivity occurs, reduce application to every other night until the skin’s tolerance has increased.

Patch Test

If you are new to this product or any of its ingredients, we recommend completing a patch test first.

Use of Retinol

When using Retinol for the first time, it is important to allow the skin time to acclimatise to the active ingredient. Apply a small amount in the evening no more than twice a week, never on consecutive evenings, for at least two weeks. If the skin hasn’t suffered any extreme irritation or redness, start to increase the number of applications gradually over a period of weeks until you reach a number your skin is comfortable with. This could range from three nights to seven nights a week.

As Retinol can make the skin sensitive to sunlight, always apply a sunscreen to the skin every morning to prevent sun-induced inflammation and damage.
