Suitable for all skin types, massage into damp skin on the face and body for a few seconds before rinsing with warm water. Can be used once a week for most skin types and up to three times a week for very dry skin.

For the face; massage a generous amount into damp skin for a few seconds before rinsing with warm water and patting the skin dry.

For the body; apply a generous amount to a sponge or loofah before massaging into the skin all over. Rinse with warm water for best results. For very tough skin or dry patches, use on dry skin for more intensive exfoliation before rinsing with warm water.

Use once a week for most skin types but for very rough and dry skin, use up to three times a week.

Patch Test

If you are new to this product or any of its ingredients, we recommend completing a patch test first.

Use of Retinol

When using Retinol for the first time, it is important to allow the skin time to acclimatise to the active ingredient. Apply a small amount in the evening no more than twice a week, never on consecutive evenings, for at least two weeks. If the skin hasn’t suffered any extreme irritation or redness, start to increase the number of applications gradually over a period of weeks until you reach a number your skin is comfortable with. This could range from three nights to seven nights a week.

As Retinol can make the skin sensitive to sunlight, always apply a sunscreen to the skin every morning to prevent sun-induced inflammation and damage.

The Use of AHAs

Products containing acids can make the skin prone to dryness and sun damage, so introduce them into your routine gradually and remember to apply a sunscreen every morning to protect against UV rays.
