Formulated with Medik8’s highest concentration of Retinol, the 10TR provides intensive rejuvenation in a lightweight, fast-absorbing texture.

A powerful concentration of 1% time-release Retinol is paired with stabilising antioxidants to boost collagen production and kick-start sluggish skin cell renewal, to address the most common signs of ageing including fine lines, wrinkles, uneven texture, discolouration and dullness. Added botanical oils provide vital nourishment, helping to repair damaged cells overnight, while enhancing the serum's consistency so that it is easier for the skin to absorb.

Suitable for most skin types, except sensitive skin, apply 2-4 drops directly onto cleansed skin in the evening twice a week for two weeks. After this time, gradually increase usage depending on skin’s tolerance.

In the evening, apply 2-4 drops directly onto cleansed skin and gently massage in for a few seconds. Follow with a moisturiser for extra hydration, if required.

To start with, use twice a week in the evening for 2 weeks then every other night for 2 weeks. After this time, start applying every night if the skin can tolerate it.

Patch Test

If you are new to this product or any of its ingredients, we recommend completing a patch test first.

Use of Retinol

When using Retinol for the first time, it is important to allow the skin time to acclimatise to the active ingredient. Apply a small amount in the evening no more than twice a week, never on consecutive evenings, for at least two weeks. If the skin hasn’t suffered any extreme irritation or redness, start to increase the number of applications gradually over a period of weeks until you reach a number your skin is comfortable with. This could range from three nights to seven nights a week.

As Retinol can make the skin sensitive to sunlight, always apply a sunscreen to the skin every morning to prevent sun-induced inflammation and damage.
