Formulated with a blend of high performance ingredients, the Age Intervention Retinol Plus from Jan Marini dramatically transforms the tone and texture of ageing skin.

Highly concentrated All-Trans Retinol is combined with advanced peptides and restorative antioxidants to stimulate collagen production while addressing the visible signs of ageing at the surface. Hyaluronic Acid and Shea Butter provide much needed hydration and soothe the skin to help minimise irritation, revealing a complexion that is noticeably smoother and brighter with continued use.

Suitable for all skin types, apply a small amount to clean skin on the face every other evening for the first few weeks until skin acclimatises to the product. After this time, gradually increase usage to once or twice a day depending on skin's tolerance.

Apply a small amount to clean skin on the face every other evening for around 2 weeks then gradually increase usage to once or twice a day. If irritation occurs, reduce usage until skin has acclimatised to the Retinol content.

Vacuum Pump

This product has been packaged using an airless vacuum pump to protect it against oxidisation and to increase the shelf life of the ingredients.

Before first use, turn the product upside down and tap the bottom a few times to loosen the product, then return the product to an upright position and depress the pump at least 50 times or until the product dispenses.

Use of Retinol

When using Retinol for the first time, it is important to allow the skin time to acclimatise to the active ingredient. Apply a small amount in the evening no more than twice a week, never on consecutive evenings, for at least two weeks. If the skin hasn’t suffered any extreme irritation or redness, start to increase the number of applications gradually over a period of weeks until you reach a number your skin is comfortable with. This could range from three nights to seven nights a week.

As Retinol can make the skin sensitive to sunlight, always apply a sunscreen to the skin every morning to prevent sun-induced inflammation and damage.
